Positive Thinking

Positive thinking is also known as optimism. The World English Dictionary defines optimism as:

  1. the tendency to expect the best and see the best in all things
  2. hopefulness; confidence

Positive thinking is associated with high self-esteem.

A person who practices positive thinking puts their mind in a framework that produces action that leads to them to a positive outcome for themselves, and others. Positive thinking can help you achieve your goals.

Positive thinking is also about your attitude. Changing your attitude from a negative to a positive is not necessarily an instant change. It can take a bit of time for some attitudes to change.
